What is PHIX?
Phix is a natural tasteless and odourless liquid that contains MHE-3™ compound extracted from the hops plant using a special patent-pending process. This process creates a powerful extract called Mature Hops Extracts (MHE) which promotes natural fat-burning in the body by activating Brown Adipose Tissue (BAT), which increases the body's thermogenic response. This all-natural extract has no colour or taste and can be added to any liquid.
No Harmful Side Effects
MHE-3™ is different from prescription drugs because it is made from all-natural ingredients. It comes from the hops flower and is used as a dietary or nutritional supplement. It has no observed side effects, does not contain caffeine or any other stimulant, and is gluten-free. MHE-3™ is safe, effective, and plant derived.
Where does it comes form?
Mature Hops Extracts (MHE) and Mature Hops Bitter Acids (MHBA) have been used for centuries and are widely known to offer many health benefits.
MHE-3™ is a unique, isolated and standardized extract of hops that has never before been used in any form of nutritional supplement. It is significantly more potent, bio-available, and effective than the other forms of MHE's and MHBA's known and studied for decades.
Science
Recently, scientists have developed a way to extract components of hops that may help prevent weight gain and promote fat/weight loss. With their new patent-pending extraction process they have created a proprietary Mature Hops Extracts (MHE) we call MHE-3™. This process actually makes the active ingredients of the hops extract stronger and potentially more effective at promoting fat-burning and healthy weight management.
Mature Hops Bitter Acid Extract Summary
Mature hop bitter acid extract, derived from the hops plant (Humulus lupulus), is commonly known for its use in brewing beer. However, it also has potential health benefits due to its active compounds, including bitter acids like humulones and lupulones.
Some potential uses include:
1. Digestive Health: Hop bitter acids may stimulate digestion by increasing gastric juice secretion, potentially improving digestion and reducing indigestion.
2. Anti-inflammatory Properties: Bitter acids have shown anti-inflammatory effects, which may help in reducing inflammation in the body.
3. Antioxidant Effects: Hops contain antioxidants that can help protect cells from oxidative stress, reducing the risk of chronic diseases.
4. Antimicrobial Properties: The bitter acids in hops can have antimicrobial effects, which may help in fighting certain bacterial infections.
5. Potential Anti-Cancer Effects: Some studies suggest that hop bitter acids may have anti-cancer properties, though more research is needed to confirm this.
Mature hop bitter acid extract, derived specifically from the bitter acids of hops, is being studied and used for various therapeutic benefits beyond its traditional role in brewing.
Here are some of its key applications:
1. Weight Management: Some research suggests that mature hop bitter acid extract may help promote fat metabolism and reduce body weight. This is due to its influence on lipid metabolism pathways.
2. Anti-Anxiety and Relaxation: The extract is believed to have mild sedative properties, potentially aiding in stress reduction, anxiety relief, and better sleep, as hops have traditionally been used for their calming effects.
3. Menopause Symptom Relief: Hops contain phytoestrogens, which are plant-based compounds that may help alleviate menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats.
4. Anti-Inflammatory and Antioxidant Properties: Like other hop extracts, mature hop bitter acids possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, which can contribute to overall health by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.
5. Blood Sugar Regulation: Some evidence suggests that hop bitter acids may play a role in regulating blood sugar levels and improving insulin sensitivity.
Mature hop bitter acid extract, while generally considered safe for most people when taken in moderation, may have some potential side effects, especially if taken in high doses or over long periods.
Here are some potential side effects to be aware of:
1. Drowsiness and Sedation: Due to its calming effects, hop extract may cause drowsiness or sedation. This can be a concern if you are operating heavy machinery, driving, or need to stay alert.
2. Hormonal Effects: Hops contain phytoestrogens, which can mimic estrogen in the body. This may be of concern for individuals with hormone-sensitive conditions such as breast cancer, uterine fibroids, or endometriosis. It may also affect men if used in large amounts, potentially influencing testosterone levels.
3. Allergic Reactions: Some people may have allergic reactions to hop extracts, leading to symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, or respiratory issues.
4. Gastrointestinal Issues: Large doses of hop extracts may cause stomach upset, nausea, or diarrhoea in some individuals.
5. Interaction with Medications: Hops may interact with sedative medications, as well as other medications that affect the central nervous system. It is especially important to consult a healthcare provider if you are taking sedatives, sleeping pills, or other medications that cause drowsiness, or if you're on a complex medication regimen like yours.
Given your current medications, including those that affect cardiovascular function and mental health (e.g., Eliquis, Valzek, and Venlectine), it's essential to speak with your doctor before using mature hop bitter acid extract to avoid any potential interactions.
Mature Hops Bitter Acid Extract Summary (pt2)
Research findings
Research on mature hop bitter acid extract has explored its potential medical applications, with some promising findings in areas such as weight management, inflammation, and metabolic health. However, more studies are needed for conclusive evidence. Here's a summary of the available research and medical backing:
1. Weight Management:• Research: Some studies, particularly on isohumulones (bitter acids from hops), suggest that these compounds may help with fat metabolism and weight loss. A notable study published in Phytotherapy Research showed that isohumulones could help reduce body fat in overweight subjects by influencing lipid metabolism and improving glucose tolerance. • Medical Backing: While initial research is promising, more large-scale clinical trials are needed to confirm the long-term effectiveness of hop bitter acid extract for weight management.
2. Anti-inflammatory Properties:• Research: Bitter acids from hops, including humulones and lupulones, have demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties in both in vitro and animal studies. These compounds inhibit certain pro-inflammatory cytokines, which may help reduce inflammation-related conditions. • Medical Backing: Some preclinical studies, such as those published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, support the anti-inflammatory effects of hop bitter acids. However, human clinical trials are still limited.
3. Antioxidant Effects:• Research: Hop bitter acids exhibit antioxidant properties by neutralizing free radicals, which could help reduce oxidative stress and potentially lower the risk of chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease. • Medical Backing: Antioxidant effects are supported by laboratory studies, but the specific impact of hop bitter acid extract in human populations requires more investigation.
4. Blood Sugar Regulation:• Research: Some studies suggest that hop bitter acids may help regulate blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity. A 2012 study published in Nutrition Research found that isohumulones helped lower blood glucose levels in prediabetic patients. • Medical Backing: Early research indicates a potential benefit for managing blood sugar, but more clinical trials are necessary to confirm the safety and efficacy for long-term use in diabetic patients. 5. Anxiety and Relaxation:• Research: Hop extracts, including bitter acids, have been used traditionally for their calming and sedative properties. Studies have explored their potential in reducing anxiety and promoting sleep, with some clinical trials showing a mild sedative effect when combined with valerian. • Medical Backing: While there is historical and some modern support for its use in anxiety and relaxation, further rigorous clinical trials are needed to fully establish its efficacy and dosage for these conditions.
6. Menopause Symptom Relief:• Research: The phytoestrogens found in hops, including some bitter acids, have been studied for their ability to alleviate menopausal symptoms like hot flashes. A study in Maturitas showed that hop extract reduced hot flashes in menopausal women. • Medical Backing: Some clinical studies suggest mild efficacy for menopause relief, but more robust research is required before it can be recommended as a standard treatment.
Conclusion: While research on mature hop bitter acid extract shows promise in areas like weight management, inflammation, and metabolic health, most findings are still preliminary. Further clinical studies are needed to fully understand the extract’s effectiveness and safety for medical use.

The question asked a lot is ...
HOW DOES PHIX WORK?
The Image above is showing our gut hormones and a role they have in our digestive process. One little pHix 'snap', once or twice a day in water, can actually create a lot of positive changes in our digestive tract and repair our metabolism.
But how does it work?
When we ingest Phix - bitter acids, we activate the receptors in the gut. One of these receptors is called CCK (Cholecystokinin) making the gallbladder contract and secrete bile, its essential for digestion of fats, absorption of fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K) and removal of toxins. CCK also stimulates the pancreas to release more enzymes necessary for digestion.
There are many other receptors such as Peptide YY, Gherlin, Gastin, Glucagon, GLP1 plus many others. All of them are essential for the proper function of the digestion.
WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF DYSFUNCTION OF THESE RECEPTORS?
The main symptoms are: difficulties losing weight especially around our belly, upper abdominal discomfort, bloating, gas, heartburn, nausea and food sensitivities.
WHAT CAUSES DYSFUNCTION OF THESE RECEPTORS?
The biggest contributor is chronic stress, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle and certain medication as it often suppresses activity of these receptors.
Also..drinking poor quality water, not chewing properly, eating late at night, eating too much bread, pasta, processed snacks, processed oils etc.. can overload the digestive system and cause dysregulation of these receptors.
WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES?
We all know that poor gut health can trigger chronic inflammation, disrupting hormone-producing glands and organs, such as ovaries, thyroid, and adrenal glands, leading to imbalances in oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone.
All these receptors must work in harmony and send messages to digest our food properly, regulate blood sugar and to calm our nervous system via Vagus nerve. As you can see, it's a complex process.
Taking Phix can help greatly to activate these gut receptors to boost their activity, so we can burn visceral fat faster and digest better. This isn't a quick fix rather a permanent solution to regulate our metabolism. :)
Testimony from Trinity:
“Week 3 on this little ACTIVATOR
Supplement vs Activator:
What’s the Big Deal?
This plant extract is no ordinary supplement—it’s an ACTIVATOR Let’s break it down…
Supplements are helpful when you’re low on nutrients, like vitamins or minerals, filling in the gaps in your diet.
ACTIVATORS, like this matured hops extract, are a whole other story. Rather than simply addressing deficiencies, they ignite natural processes within your body. It’s like giving a boost to enzymes, hormones, and other essential functions to help them work better or get moving if they’re a bit slow.
Instead of adding what’s missing, activators enhance what your body already knows how to do!
How amazing is that?! This is exactly why this plant extract is so incredibly powerful and effective.
As we age, our bodies don’t always perform like they used to, which can lead to weight gain, declining health, and even illness.
While supplements top off what your body lacks, activators rejuvenate and awaken your body’s natural pathways, helping restore optimal health, so this will work incredibly well with whatever you are currently doing too
I haven’t intentionally changed my diet or anything, simply added pHix into my daily routine
Explaining Phix ingredients:
MHE3 contains three powerful bitter acids that explain its powerful effects on our digestion and fat burning activity: Each of these acids has its own superpower:
1. Humulone: Known for supporting inflammation reduction, creating an ideal internal environment for fat loss. When inflammation is high, it can trigger fat storage – especially in the abdominal area. By lowering inflammation, humulone makes it easier for your body to release stubborn fat reserves.
2. Lupulone: This bitter acid plays a key role in balancing blood sugar levels. Spikes and crashes in blood sugar can lead to intense cravings, emotional eating, and, ultimately, fat gain. Lupulone helps keep these levels stable, giving you control over your appetite and reducing those challenging cravings that often derail fat-loss efforts.
3. Xanthohumol: stimulates thermogenesis – a process that ramps up your body’s calorie-burning power. This means that even when you’re not working out, your body is turning up the heat, incinerating calories, and burning off visceral fat stores.
