Troubleshooting Guide: Link

Always charge your device using the original cord that came with the device. Also only lead to perform updates. Charge until full, see icon in the top right.   

Callibrate Electrodes: do this after using external electrodes before returning to the internal electrodes. Other times would be after traveling or after big weather changes. 

Method: tap the wrench icon on the bottom right side of the screen to access the settings menu and select Calibrate Electrodes. 

Soft reset: Link Do this if your device starts to act a little differently.  For example less responsive, screen flickers, the device turns off during a cycle.

Callibrating the Screen: Link  If your screen presses become less accurate or the screen is unresponsive you can re-calibrate the screen:

1. Locate the two side buttons, the on/off button and the LEFT hand front button.
2. Press and hold all four buttons, then release the side buttons and power button while still holding the front left button.
3. Once the screen turns back on you will see a request to place the unit on its back. Perform the action and press OK.
4. The screen will then prompt you to place to unit on its right side. Do so and while press OK while on its side.
5. Once this has been completed the device will reset itself with the correct screen orientation.

Here is a summary of the changes / updates from the original device.

1. More modern look and interface. The touch screen is more like a phone and gives us new opportunities, like adding images or videos to show people how to use it. We think this will help when you sell miHealths to your clients. (It will come with printed instructions, to be developed over time.) 

2. Some additional settings the biggest difference is an Organs / Systems folder along with a new setting for ligaments / tendons.

3. Class 2 Laser diodes between the main electrodes, to enhance information transfer into the body.

4. A pulse reader; inspired by TCM, it analyzes the wave form of the pulse (via fingertip) to deduce which organ system most needs support, and it has settings to provide correction / balance for this system.

I hope you can see that these ARE exciting updates, but the essentials of PEMF and bioresponsive microcurrent along with most of the same NES / E4L settings makes the original device still an excellent tool. The new one will also be a little more expensive. Around $5k
