• Find out from your upline on which leg you are located on (left or right). 
• One of the legs will be your Team Leg (stronger leg with volume luckily spilling down to you. The other leg will be your Personal Leg, which you need to build yourself. 
• Sometime along the journey, your Personal Leg might become the Team (Power) Leg.
• However you still need at least one ISR (Independent Sales Representative) to get paid. 
• It is suggested that we put our first 3 people on our Team Leg to create momentum and help your team with the volume. 
• However, if you think you  signed up a business builder it’s ok to put them on your Personal Leg to  create more volume, and more money on cycles ultimately. 
• You can certainly start with placing one person on the left and one on the right. 
• You need that to become Bronze rank and you will start to earn money from the team volume (watch the comp plan video).

• Back Office > Dashboard > scroll down > Patch titled " Default placement options for personally Enrolled ISRs (To bypass the holding tank, choose Weak, Left,  or Right)"

FAQ: 

1. People are in the holding tank up to 48 hours. Not exactly 48 time zone. Midnight or something has them leave earlier in Aust. 

2. Upline or others can only move on your behalf if you give them your log on details. 

3. Set up default placement. 

  In the back office there is a toggle screen where you select placement of a new person. 

Go to back office, Business> Holding tank > left / right / holding 

As you start to build your teams there is a holding tank that acts as a default unless you select the team you are building on your back office. The holding tank operates for (up to) 48 hours (seems to be midnight @ ?? time zone) and then places them automatically in a leg which is not necessarily ideal. 

Firstly check with your sponsor/enroller which leg (Left or Right) to enrol your team members (Company suggests first 3 go in the main leg, then 4th goes in your personal leg and then switch between them to achieve growth in both legs. 

(Write this down to always place in your L or R positions, so you create the outer shell of a tree if thinking visually. For example advice to another person was ‘place then on the left leg on the left side. Next person can go on the right leg, right side’

Many of you after your introduction Phix order want to place the next order. 

You will need to access to your Back Office (account) to purchase more Phix. 

There are two type of orders you can do from there. 

One Time Order or you can set up an Autoship Order so your product can be sent to you automatically every month or three monthly. You can edit the order content and date at any time and you can also cancel the autoship order from the Back Office yourself.

Phix is already available in some other countries. To view a list - go to your back office >  flag, in top right. 

To sign up a Customer (US and Canada):

Choose the country from the drop-down flag menu in the top right-hand corner (see Step 1). Go to Customer Shopping option in Menu. Choose Order pHix option. Follow the steps.

Copy the URL and send to your client.

Pre Sale Countries
For some of the countries the company is active but the product Phix is not available for sale as yet. To achieve an early place you can sign up as a member of MPG and purchase from their other products to secure a position.
